Financial impact should be your most important consideration. For example, never put too much money into a kitchen your home will not recapture should you sell. If you live in a neighborhood where the highest price you could sell for is $300,000 and your home's value is $275,000, you wouldn't want to put in a $50,000 kitchen. So always take into consideration the neighborhood where you live.
Another consideration will be the design of your kitchen. The more items you relocate, the more expense you will incur. If you want to be cost effective, keep appliances, sinks and lights in the same locations.
These are just a few things to consider when planning your kitchen. Castagna Builders will guide you through every decision. We're experienced and equipped in every trade to make your new kitchen a reality.
